    • Description: A new message has been added for users attempting to schedule or request immediate assistance outside
      of office hours (9 AM to 9 PM). This message will inform users that wait times may be longer when requests are made outside
      these hours.
  • Customer OS Detection in Meetings [GEEK-1479]
    • Feature: The platform now automatically detects the customer’s operating system during meetings and displays it on the
      technician’s side.
    • Note: If the OS cannot be determined, it will display as “Unknown” in the meeting information.
