What’s the difference between “Geeker.co” and “Geeker.com”?

Geeker.co is completely unrelated to Geeker.com. Geeker.com (which has been shut down for close to a decade) appears to have been a business that sold subscriptions, including streaming services, torrents, movies, etc. We have no affiliations or connections with Geeker.com or anyone from that business.

How are your technicians vetted?
Each of our technicians is rigorously vetted. We run background checks, check references & certifications, assess each tech individually and test skills before we allow techs to work with our customers. Our admins also continuously review and audit our talent workforce to ensure they’re providing the best service possible.
What if the technician you provide is not good?
We want you to have an amazing experience with Geeker. In the unlikely event that you have trouble with one of our techs, all calls are recorded and our admins will review your case. If there was any issue, we’ll issue you a full refund and find you the right person for the job.
What if something goes wrong? Am I covered?
No need to worry. Because of our rigorous vetting process, we’ve never had a problem like this. But if for some reason you do, we have business insurance that covers you up to $1M. You’re safe, with Geeker.
What if my issue doesn’t get resolved?
Your experience is important to us. So if you’re not 100% satisfied, or if your technician was unable to fix your issue, we’ll issue you a full refund and/or find a top expert who can solve it.
