Business Subscriptions – Rollover Minutes:
- New Feature: Unused subscription minutes will now roll over to the next month, with a cap of 3 months’ worth of minutes.
- Cancellation Impact: As of now, if a subscription is canceled, remaining minutes are immediately dropped. An upcoming fix will ensure that canceled subscriptions keep their remaining minutes until the end of the paid month. Additionally, improvements are planned to properly define how rollover minutes behave with upsell offers.
Expanded Negative Feedback Email Notifications to Stakeholders:
- Update: All non-empty, non-partner feedback will now trigger an email notification to customer support. This expands beyond partners, ensuring more feedback is reviewed promptly.
Removed “Cannot Convert to Project Due to Coupon” Pop-up:
- Fix: The recurring pop-up message regarding coupon issues when converting jobs to projects has been removed.
- Fix: Corrected the copy for cancellation or rescheduling notifications when meetings are within 2 hours or less.
