  1. Upselling for Individuals:
    • Customers now see the correct potential subscription costs in the upsell banner, ensuring they are fully informed about savings when subscribing to Geeker Member.
    • The banner now spans the entire feedback page, as expected, offering a seamless visual experience for users.
  2. “Post with Same Technician” Option:
    • This feature now functions correctly, allowing customers to easily request the same technician for follow-up jobs without issues.
  3. Technician Availability & Timestamps:
    • The technician dropdown on the “problem description” page now accurately calculates and displays the last-seen timestamps for technicians, giving customers a clearer view of when a technician was last active on the platform.
  4. 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed Banner:
    • The banner is now correctly placed by the credit card input field in the “Get Help Now” flow, making it more visible at the right moment of customer interaction. This reassures customers of the quality of service before they submit payment details.

 

Known Issues

  1. Business Size Dropdown Confusion:
    • In the “Get Help Now” flow, business users now are being prompted to define their business size with a dropdown, but face a minor issue where the size dropdown appears without a clear title, which could cause some confusion. This is being addressed for future improvements. (Fix to be implemented by 10/09/24).
