New Functionality:

  • Add Project Type to Job Posting: [Video] Project Posting
    • Customers can now indicate if a task is a “Project” in the job definition screen.
    • Includes a clarification explaining what a Project is.
    • The “More Info” section has been renamed to “Project Scope” with a new field to input estimated hours.
    • Technicians receive notifications for project-type jobs, including scope, linked to the job list for easy access.
    • During meetings, technicians will see a popup 10 minutes in, prompting them to convert the task to a project if applicable

UI Improvement:

    • The popup now provides clearer guidance on its purpose and usage for customers.
    • Desktop users benefit from an improved layout that eliminates scrolling by expanding the text to the right.
